Our headquarters is located in Guangming District, Shenzhen, China, and is equipped with advanced optical mold manufacturing and inspection facilities. Our machining capabilities include ultra-precision single-point diamond turning lathes, Makino CNC machining centers, Toshiba UVM machining centers, KERUISI CNC machining centers, and Baofeng CNC machining centers, ensuring exceptional machining accuracy. Quality is further guaranteed by advanced inspection equipment, including a Hexagon Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Taylor surface profilometer, 2D measuring system, Everfine photometric testing system, and integrating sphere.
To ensure consistent product quality, we operate a Class 10,000 cleanroom equipped with precision injection molding machines from internationally recognized brands such as TOYO, Toshiba, and FANUC. Our automated production process enables stable quality, high efficiency, and reliable manufacturing performance.
Our manufacturing base is located in Changping, Dongguan, covering an area of 12,000 square meters. The facility is equipped with more than 70 precision injection molding machines and over 20 in-house mold manufacturing machines, achieving a daily production capacity of up to 20 million optical lenses. Supported by a team of more than 150 skilled employees, we provide one-stop services covering optical design, mold development, prototyping, precision molding, and mass production, enabling fast response and flexible customization for our customers.
