Building Team Spirit, Sharing Joy — Runlian Optics 2026 Team-Building Trip

In the golden month of August, with sunshine, fresh sea breezes, and plenty of excitement, Runlian Optics organized a two-day team-building trip for our employees and their families.

On August 11, everyone set off from Shenzhen and headed to beautiful Xunliao Bay, beginning an unforgettable journey filled with fun, challenges, and laughter.

Fun by the Sea: The Journey Begins

After a pleasant journey filled with laughter and conversation, we arrived at Xunliao Bay.

In the afternoon, everyone headed to the beach and enjoyed exciting water activities, including kayaking and jet skiing. Riding the waves and feeling the sea breeze gave everyone a chance to relax, release stress, and enjoy time away from the busy work routine.

After the water activities, we checked into a beautiful seaside villa. In the evening, a series of team games and parent-child activities brought everyone together.

Employees, family members, and children actively participated in the games. The atmosphere was filled with laughter and excitement. These fun activities not only brought colleagues closer together but also created more opportunities for employees and their families to connect and enjoy time together.

After the games, it was time for a lively BBQ party. Everyone worked together to prepare ingredients, barbecue food, and enjoy the delicious results. Surrounded by good food, laughter, and the sea breeze, we enjoyed a relaxing and memorable evening.

Challenging Ourselves and Strengthening Teamwork

On the morning of the second day, the team took on two exciting outdoor activities: off-road driving and a team paintball-style combat game.

The off-road driving experience brought plenty of speed, excitement, and adventure. Meanwhile, the team combat game tested communication, cooperation, and teamwork.

Every challenge required coordination and mutual support. Through these activities, colleagues from different departments had the opportunity to communicate in a relaxed environment, build trust, and strengthen their teamwork.

Just like in our daily work, achieving great results requires everyone to work together toward a common goal.

Sailing into the Sea and Creating Lasting Memories

In the afternoon, everyone boarded a yacht and headed out to sea.

With the sunshine, sea breeze, and beautiful coastal scenery around us, everyone enjoyed a relaxing afternoon on the water.

After two days packed with activities, everyone was certainly a little tired—but the smiles on everyone's faces showed how much fun we had.

The children, in particular, had an amazing time. From kayaking and jet skiing to off-road driving, team games, and yacht trips, the activities created wonderful memories for both children and adults.

Together as a Team, We Go Further

Although our two-day team-building trip was short, it gave us much more than just a break from work. It brought laughter, friendship, teamwork, and unforgettable memories.

Team building is not only about relaxing and having fun. It is also an opportunity to improve communication, build trust, strengthen cooperation, and bring the entire team closer together.
